Global Food Services are ISO 22000 certified so we ensure our robust Food Safety Management system control food safety hazards in order to ensure that food is safe.

Our commitment to safety is second to none.  This starts from day 1 where a thorough familiarization is carried out by each employee.  This is to ensure they are aware of the safety procedures and their responsibility to contribute to a safe work environment.  The focus is to ensure a common understanding amongst staff and to deliver as one with health and safety at  the forefront of our operations.

All catering staff receive comprehensive training onshore and offshore where safety is covered in great detail.  The aim is to always increase awareness across departments on a daily basis, whether it be a safety alert, case study (lessons learnt) or a topic during the daily toolbox talk.  By talking about health and safety, we make safety part of our everyday conversations with our teams with systematic methods in our training and development of staff.

We understand risks and hazards and ensure our robust procedures and policies are fully complied with in order to mitigate unsafe practices from happening.

We know behavior needs to be learned, practiced, tested, encouraged and shared.  Behaviours can either inoculate or weaken an organization as whole.

Global Food Services conduct audits on a regular basis, reports are used as a training tool to increase awareness amongst our employees.  With our transparent approach to operations we ensure our Client’s are kept up to date of all areas of service including safety alerts.
